Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and industry standards, DDG Mattresses & Rugs does not accept returns or exchanges once merchandise has been delivered in good condition and signed for by the customer.
Customers are required to inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery or pickup. Any visible damage or defects must be reported immediately upon delivery. Failure to report damage on the delivery date constitutes acceptance of the merchandise in its delivered condition.
Mattress Hygiene & Health Disclaimer
For health and sanitation reasons, all mattresses, foundations, adjustable bases, pillows, protectors, and bedding accessories are final sale once delivered or removed from the store.
This policy complies with Texas health and sanitation regulations and applies regardless of use.
Order Cancellation
- In-stock items may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been scheduled, loaded, or delivered
- Orders cannot be canceled once loaded on the delivery truck or delivered and signed for
- No cash refunds are issued
- Approved cancellations receive store credit only
- Special orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be cancelled.
Special Orders
Special-order merchandise is custom ordered from manufacturers based on customer selection.

- No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds
Damaged Merchandise
All products are inspected prior to delivery. Customers must inspect merchandise upon delivery or pickup.
- Damage must be reported the same day of delivery
- Claims made after the delivery date may be denied
- Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable
Delivery Policy
- Delivery dates may be scheduled; delivery times are not guaranteed
- Customers receive a two-hour delivery window the day before delivery
- Delivery changes require 24-hour notice or a $79 rescheduling/restocking fee
- Orders must be paid in full 48 hours prior to delivery
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the merchandise, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Delivery crews do not move, remove, or haul away old furniture. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access and fit. DDG Mattresses & Rugs is not responsible for items that do not fit through entryways.
Customer Pickup
Customers picking up merchandise assume all responsibility for transportation once merchandise leaves the store in good condition.
